• Manipulating prices or engaging in price fixing
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfering with the Platform's security features
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
• Posting spam, malware, or malicious code
• Scraping or copying content without permission

All content on Fonatech Store including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks is the property of Fonatech Store or its content suppliers and is protected by Tanzanian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or transmit any content without prior written permission from Fonatech Store.

User-Generated Content

By posting content (reviews, product listings, etc.), you grant Fonatech Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with our services.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We use encryption and security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Effect of Termination

Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment obligations for completed transactions.

YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• Defects will be corrected
• The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components
• Product descriptions, prices, or other content are accurate or reliable

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Fonatech Store SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or TZS 100,000, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration at the discretion of both parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue using our Platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
